I'm so glad you are here! I'm Heidi, and Carb Addiction Recovery™  is currently how I share about recovery from carb addiction.

I believe in keeping recovery SUPER simple. I define recovery as stopping addictive eating and staying stopped. This is the 2-part recovery process I practice:

1. Stop addictive eating.

2. Cope with urges.
